Conditions
- Day timings are 8.30 am – 5.00 pm and evening times are 5.00 pm – midnight. All Hall hires are at the discretion of the Branch Manager of the Inala PCYC.
- A Booking Fee of $75 is payable on making the booking and is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost.
- A $500 bond is payable 14 days prior to the event and is fully refundable provided all terms and conditions have been met. An additional carpet bond of $400 is applicable for hires with in excess of 200 people or if food is been served.
- The Conference Rooms and Board Room are air conditioned.
- Kitchen Facilities are available at $40 an hour.
- If multipurpose courts are to be used for anything other then sport, carpet supplied by the PCYC is to be used to protect the court. The cost of PCYC completing this is $200 or the hirer can lay at no cost.
- Tables and chairs are supplied in Conference and Board rooms at no additional charge. Tables and chairs to be utilised on courts or elsewhere for functions are $5 table (30 available) $0.50 per chair (300 available).
- Smoking is not permitted in the building or on the grounds at any time. Please ensure smoking occurs on the footpath.
- If more that 200 people are in attendance or food is being served an additional high usage fee of $150 applies. Also there is an additional $400 carpet bond for these hires.
- Alcohol can NOT be consumed on premises. Application can be made to the Branch Manager to permit alcohol however this incurs a $2000 bond and a flat fee of $200/hour for hall hire. Security and licensing requirements are the hirer’s responsibility.
